These terms govern your use of the Suto Noksha website and your purchases from Suto Noksha, Dhaka, Bangladesh. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
We do our best to display products, colours, and prices accurately. Prices are as shown at the time of ordering. In the rare case of a pricing or stock error, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm, change, or cancel the order.
Every order is verified by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may cancel orders we cannot verify, orders with incomplete delivery details, or orders that appear fraudulent. Repeated refusal of verified deliveries may limit future Cash on Delivery eligibility.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier in cash, or via bKash/Nagad where the courier supports it, when your parcel arrives. You may open and inspect the parcel in the courier's presence before paying. If you reject it at the doorstep, nothing is payable for the goods; the delivery charge remains payable to the courier for carrying the parcel to you, and is refunded only where the rejection was caused by our error.
Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days inside Dhaka and 3-5 business days elsewhere in Bangladesh, counted from order confirmation. Delivery is handled by third-party courier partners. Please provide an accurate address and keep your phone reachable - after two failed delivery attempts the parcel returns to us.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, including doorstep rejection and a 3-day return window for eligible items.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, place fraudulent orders, or attempt to disrupt the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suto Noksha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order at the time it is placed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
