Open the parcel and check it at your door before you pay. After that, 3 days to return anything damaged, wrong, or not fitting. Here's exactly how it works.
Every Suto Noksha parcel can be opened and inspected in front of the courier before you pay. If the item is damaged, incorrect, or simply not what you ordered, hand it straight back - you pay nothing, including delivery. If you change your mind at the door and the piece is exactly what you ordered and in good condition, you can still hand it back - the delivery charge applies in that case. This is the fastest way to return, so please do take a moment to check.
Accepted the parcel but something isn't right - a defect you found later, or the fit isn't working? You can return it within 3 days of delivery as long as the item is:
To start a return, call or WhatsApp us at +880 1581-938137 with your order number and a photo of the issue. We arrange a courier pickup inside Dhaka; outside Dhaka we'll share the nearest drop-off point.
Wrong size? We'll swap it for the same item in a different size, subject to stock. The replacement ships as soon as we receive and check the original. If your size is out of stock, we'll refund you instead.
Since you pay cash on delivery, refunds are sent to your bKash, Nagad, or bank account - whichever you prefer - within 5-7 business days of the returned item passing our quality check. The original delivery charge is refunded only when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
