To fulfil your orders we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, email address, and order history. Because we operate on Cash on Delivery, we do not collect or store card or online-payment details.
Your details are used to process and deliver orders, confirm them by phone/WhatsApp/SMS, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, and improve the store. We contact you about your orders; marketing messages are sent only if you opt in.
We share your name, phone number, and address with our courier partners - solely to deliver your parcel. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Your cart and wishlist are saved in your browser's local storage so they survive page reloads - this data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. We currently use no third-party advertising trackers.
Order records are retained as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time (see Your Rights below).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we limit access to staff who need it to serve you.
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
